When I saw the opportunity to order a personalized Furbish needlepoint pillow I couldn’t order fast enough. I submitted my design (a quote from a movie that has become an inside joke in our family), and soon heard back from customer service to confirm my order. Within a couple weeks I was sent a picture of my design for my approval. It took a couple months for my pillow to arrive, but it is perfect in every way. We laugh every time we look at it, and it was worth every penny. Thank you Furbish Studios, for outstanding customer service, and top quality pillows.
